Validate What? – Practical insights from Building an Incubator for Data Products

Have you ever been working on your current project and suddenly had a flash of inspiration for a new product? Have you juggled R&D initiatives alongside your core business, only to end up with a cool POC that unfortunately now one asks for? We’ve been there too. Frustrated by this balancing act—or perhaps enamored by one particular project—we launched our internal incubator for data products. Now in our 2nd cycle, join us as we share our many pitfalls and few strokes of genius gained along this journey, offering practical lessons so you can avoid similar challenges. This session is tailored for those interested in fueling customer focus and business acumen into early tech development, from how to engage potential users without a defined product vision to creating low-fidelity prototypes for cutting-edge AI solutions.
