In this dynamic space, our team’s most creative minds transform innovative ideas into impactful solutions. Through a tailored program, our enabler team works alongside data scientists, data engineers, AI experts, and legal specialists to support idea owners with user and market research, concept definition, prototyping, and testing. By leveraging methods from design and lean start-up, we make sure exciting technologies successfully reach the market.
You Might Wonder: Why Did We Build the Data Product Factory?
The offices of Diconium have long functioned a bit like a melting pot, where people with diverse backgrounds collaborate on customer projects. In this creative atmosphere, ideas for data products constantly emerge, and some are developed directly as follow-up projects for customers.
In 2023, one of these ideas caused quite a stir. It was still too vague to pursue with a specific partner, yet simply too exciting to leave as just a slide deck. So, we decided to continue developing it alongside our daily business. While working on its implementation, we experimented a lot, made a ton of mistakes, and learned from them. After several iterations, we had developed a tested and impactful framework to ship data products.
